Before the applicant applies for Game History Review or Item Recovery, the applicant must be identified as the account owner. If the applicant’s identity is different with the RUN UP Account personal information, the applicant has to fill up the RUN UP Member Declaration Form. Each of the reporting cases contains different circumstances. Therefore, RUN UP Game Distribution and Development Sdn Bhd (known as the company) will request players to attach the police report for the application if there is a necessary. Due to the document is classified as private and confidential, player may hide their personal information before submit to the company.

Administrative Cost:

Applicant agreed to deposit a sufficient amount of 380 Runs Point to the particular RUN UP Account in advance as an administrative fee.

The following circumstances will be classified as an invalid case, and all the deduction of Runs Point as administrative fee will not be refundable.

The reporting RUN UP Account and the applicant identity declaration on discrepancy.

The contact information of the applicant is invalid or unable to be contacted within 3 days will leads the customer service officer unable to conduct identity verification.

There is unable to conduct the Runs Point deduction immediately or there is no sufficient Runs Point for administrative fee deduction within three (3) days once the company receives the application.

The application signature or content was found altered.

The applicant declared after seven (7) days when the Account Hacked has been discovered.

Legitimate Age of Application:
The applicant must be at the age of Eighteen (18), which is the legal age, by providing the photocopy of the Identification Card (MyKad) for the front and back page. If the applicant is not at the age of Eighteen (18), he / she must provide the photocopy of Identification Card (MyKad) for the front and back page or the photocopy of birth certificate and the Guardian’s photocopy of Identification Card (MyKad) for the front and back page together. (For the overseas applicants, they have to provide the photocopy of Passport for the front and back page.)

Definition of Account Handling:
Each Game History Review and Item Recovery is valid for one (1) RUN UP Account together with one (1) Game Account per application. If the applicant has more than one (1) RUN UP Account or there is multiple Game Accounts under the same RUN UP Account to apply for the Game History Review Application, the application has to apply as a separate application.

Reporting Time:
For applicant would like to apply Game History Review and Item Recovery, the application must be done within seven (7) days once the hacked is discovered. For the application over the seven (7) days, the applicant has to wait for the entire police department complete all the documentation process before submit the application to the company.

Processing Time:
According to the agreement signed between the applicant and the company by considering the content and the company’s game servers’ condition, the investigation period will be valid for thirty (30) days. If there is any Game History Review conduct after the investigation period by the applicant or the police department, there will be no coordination provided by the company. The investigation period is only valid for thirty (30) days upon the date when the applicant signed and stamped on it.
