This Mo Siang Online User Agreement is between Run up game distribution & development Sdn. Bhd. ("Run up game" or "us" or "we" or “this company”), and you ("you"), a registered user of the Run up member system and all accompanying documentation.

IMPORTANT - This User Agreement is a binding, legal agreement between Run up game and you and governs your use of the Mo Siang Online. If at any time you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, you must immediately end your use of the Mo Siang Online. For good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, you agree as follows:

1. Registration notice

After you registered as member, you are able to enjoy the service of this company. Which must be accepted by you (or by your parent or legal guardian on your behalf) prior to any use of the game software. You acknowledge that you are agreeing with the Malaysia Law before you enjoy the software environment.

2. Information providing

You understand that your use of the Mo Siang Online game service will require that you disclose to us certain personal and personally identifiable information, and that such information is subject to our Privacy Policy, which contains important information on how we collect and use information from you. You understand that it is your sole responsibility to review the Privacy Policy from time to time for any changes or revisions thereto. You acknowledge and agree that any products that are created from, based on, or in connection with the game software shall be the property of Run up game. We reserve its rights in its sole discretion to request such products to be sent to Run up game or its facilities, or be destroyed.

3. Agreement modification

We reserve the right to remove, delete or edit the Agreement at any time and without notice. The any of modification will announce at our official website. If you are disagree the content, please discontinue for using the Run up member system. If you continue to use the system, which means that you are agree for the modification.

4. Service & Limitation

All material on this game software, including, but not limited to, text, data, graphics, logos, button icons, images, money, and item is owned, controlled by, or licensed to Run Up Company and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property rights. You must log in to the game by using the legal method. Run up game reserve the right to terminate your account if we found that you are using illegal method to connect to the game server.

5. Game service terminate or modification

We reserve the right to immediately terminate or edit the game system content. You understand and acknowledge that your use of the Run up game (whether alone or in connection with the game service) may result in unpredictable damage or loss to you, including, without limitation, unexpected results or loss of data. All products and services relating to this Agreement, including, without limitation, the Licensed Software and the Documentation, are provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind.

6. Privacy policy

We does not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other people or non-affiliated companies except to provide products or services you've requested, when we have your permission, or under the following circumstances:

a. on the basis of law or related department as investigate request.
b. for the own protection purpose
c. an emergency circumstance

7. Account and Password

After registered as a game system’s member, you will obtain an ID and password. You understand once you registered, you are unable to edit the information; we (including all staves, GMs) will not ask for your personal information. You acknowledge that you will not provide your ID or password to anyone. If you found an illegal access or hacking of your account, please contact our customer service immediately. Please take notice that we will not given any of replacement for those damages for loss of data, lost of account. For your own security, you are strongly encouraged to select a hard-to-guess password and not re-use that password on any other sites where it may be read by the owners or administrators of that site.

8. Disclaimer

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RUN UP GAME EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE MEMBER SYSTEM AND YOUR USE THEREOF, INCLUDING (BUT NOT LIMITED TO) ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NONINFRINGEMENT. Run up game does not warrant that the Game Software will meet your expectations or requirements, or that the operation of the Licensed Software will be uninterrupted or error free. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the system is with you. Please do remind this.

9. Responsible limitation

The Game software we may provide for the purpose of interacting with the service (the "Software") and all related documentation are being provided to you "as is" and without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the functions contained in the Software or on Service will meet your requirements. We do not warrant that the Service or the Software will be uninterrupted, error free or free of viruses or other harmful components. We are not responsible for content posted by our users. No oral or written information or advice given by us or any of our authorized representatives shall create a warranty or in any way increase the scope of this warranty. The above exclusions will not apply in any jurisdiction that does not allow the exclusion of implied warranties.

10. Game Virtual Item

All material in this game software, including the virtual currency and item is owned, controlled by, or licensed to Run Up Company and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property rights. All items and virtual currency must be surrendered on request. The virtual item usage duration is including the server maintenance, disconnection from the server, emergency server maintenance and the timing of log in to the game environment.

11. Responsible On the User

You acknowledge that you are agreeing with the Malaysia Law. The following conduct is not allowed in the game environment. Users may not transmit or encourage others to transmit material or links to material considered patently offensive in nature. You are agree with the terms and conditions that no RMT activities in the game or out side the game environment. You are not allow to DEBUG, RETRACT, COMPILE, REVERSE-ENGINEER THE SOFTWARE or Any modification to the source code of game program. User may not pretend as GMs or RUN UP GAME DISTRIBUTION AND DEVELOPMENT SDN.BHD related staffs. Please do not to disturb , the invasion either to destroy this company to play the main engine or attempt or the behavior the website network resources, this company will be true after the verify can make the punishment and the retention law pursues the right of suit.

12. Game Management

Inactive account duration for ONE month, level below level TEN will be terminate. Inactive account duration for THREE months, the whole account will be terminate. The character’s nickname followed by unidentified font will be remove or delete. All RMT activities related account will be terminate without any of notice. Without the permission of this company, Non-authorized organization is not allow to be engaged in any seeks to make of profit activities.

13. Compensation

You agree to compensation to the parent company, subsidiary, partner, employee, attorney and related person. In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages, losses, and cause of action (whether in contract, tort or otherwise) exceed the amount paid by you for the losses of us.

14. Genaral Terms

MALAYSIA GOVERNMENT RESTRICTED RIGHTS. This software is provided with RESTRICTED RIGHTS. If this software is licensed by or for any unit or agency of the Malaysia Government Law Department (Mahkamah Persekutuan Malaysia), then this software will be classified as "commercial computer software," .This software was developed exclusively at private expense, and no part of this software was first produced in the performance of a Malaysia Government contract.

15. Law Department

You must agree all of above rules and regulations as agree with the Malaysia Law regulations.
